Spa Etiquette

The following information is provided for you, our guest, in order to ensure the perfect Spa experience. We ask for your health and safety that you please refrain from consuming alcohol at least one-hour prior to your massage. Additionally, the Spa is a non-smoking environment. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

We kindly ask that the use of cellular phones and other communication devices be kept on silent mode prior to entering the changing rooms or any area within the Spa premises.

All valuables are recommended to be kept in your Hotel room safety box or spa lockers while here in our Spa. Revive Spa and its employees will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

Arrive Early

Spa prepping is an important part of your experience, as it will relax your mind and prepare your body to receive the therapeutic benefits of your ritual. We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to be prepared and relax in time for your treatment.

Shower

A quick shower just before your treatment ritual is recommended. This will ensure your skin is fresh, clean, and ready to absorb the nourishing ingredients of the products that will be applied to your skin during the treatment.

What to wear

Unless the ritual description specifies otherwise, it is customary to arrive as you are. We will supply you with towels for your use before the treatment, as well as a robe for you to wear over your under garments. Throughout the time you are under the care of your therapist, your body will be draped with linens for your privacy. At no time will you be fully exposed.

Communicate

Although we ask that you fill out our Health Questionnaire prior to beginning your treatment, please feel free to discuss with your therapist any troubled areas you would like her to focus on or avoid. We invite you to let the therapist know if you feel any discomfort during your treatment ritual. Communication is the key to ensuring your spa experience perfectly satisfies your needs. Please keep in mind that bodywork and massage allow toxins to be freed from the lymphatic system, releasing lactic acid from the muscles. This may cause some soreness for a day or two after your visit.

We encourage our guests to schedule their appointments in advance to ensure that the preferred treatment time and/or therapist is available. Same day bookings and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on our availability.
To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Gift Certificates may also be used in lieu of a credit card to hold your appointment.

*Please notify the spa coordinator of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.

We value your choice to spend some time with us and appreciate your attention to our cancellation policy.
Please respect our therapists and other guests by respecting your appointment(s). Because your appointments are guaranteed reservations especially for you, we kindly request that you advise us 24 hours prior to your appointment for home services and 6 hours prior to your appointment for in-spa services for cancellation or rescheduling requests, as not to incur a penalty charge. Failing to advise us in due time will result in a 100% penalty charge of the reserved treatments billed to your account, room, or registered credit card.
Please keep in mind that arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of the treatment with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointments.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
